Trilobites from the Mckay group, British Columbia are stunningly well-preserved and treasured by collectors the world over. The scenic mountains where these bugs are found are among the best, most exciting localities I have ever personally collected at. Many species found here have been described as recently as 2016 by Chatterton, New and Jenkins. Well preserved Cambrian trilobites like those from the McKay group give us a window into the incredible diversity of these shelled arthropods.
NOTE: Laws quietly passed in 2024 now make it illegal for fossils to leave BC. Another hit to responsible fossil collecting.
